Terms of Service

No login or account is required. Use the site and its forms only for legitimate requests, and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

Prices and turnaround times shared on this site or by phone are estimates until we confirm a written quote. An order begins once you approve the quote. Quantities, stock, and finishes are confirmed at that point.

By uploading files you confirm you own the artwork or have permission to have it printed, and you grant us permission to store, prepare, and print it for your order. You're responsible for spelling, layout, and final content — please review your proof carefully, as printed jobs cannot be un-printed.

We may decline any job that appears unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Turnaround times start after artwork and payment terms are approved and may vary with stock availability and job complexity. Finished orders are available for local pickup unless we agree otherwise.

Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Because print work is made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production begins, and completed work is billable.

Invoicing service plans are billed monthly at the rate shown when you sign up, or at the rate in your custom plan agreement. You may cancel with notice before your next billing date. We prepare and send invoices on your behalf; you remain responsible for the accuracy of the billing information you provide and for your own tax obligations.

Our responsibility for any issue with an order is limited to reprinting the job or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies.
